a VERY GOOD muslim..

to love or to LOVE

to love or to LOVE might be different..to love for the sake of fulfilling the emptiness within our heart or to LOVE in order to complete half of our deen..

if we only love someone we may end up in the sea of sin and disdain..but if we do LOVE someone we'll try hard to have a blissful relationship for a better ending insyaAllah..

to LOVE is not merely to be in LOVE..but it's a mixture of few scopes that we better watch out..to LOVE means to be prepared with responsibilities..to be responsible as a husband or a wife, and as the parents for the child later on..

we might see things easy, yes i do LOVE him or her and i'm ready to take him or her as my whole life partner..but we never think bout the LOVE that we gotto to deal with after the marriage..the LOVE that will expand further and further till our last breath..the LOVE as a spouse and as a family as a whole..

these are the things that need to be learnt and it won't come if we don't grab it..LOVE is not an easy matter cause it needs effort and bless from Allah..LOVE is a miracle and it's very sacred..therefore keep and preserve it well so later on insyaAllah it'll expand in a blissful manner..

but remember before we seek for other LOVE, lets learn to LOVE the Rabb, Allahu Rabbi..through LOVing Him insyaAllah we'll gain the strength to LOVE others..do good deeds and follow the deen of Islam and insyaAllah, Ali-imran:76,

بَلَى مَنْ أَوْفَى بِعَهْدِهِ وَاتَّقَى فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ يُحِبُّ الْمُتَّقِينَ

Indeed, those who fulfill their obligations and lead a righteous life, GOD loves the righteous.

as TIME goes by

as time goes by..our age keep on the rising trend aite..we won't be a baby anymore though we really hope that we''ll be free from problems..this is life..masa x mengejar kita tp tanpa sedar kita yg selalu mengejar masa..then we hope to be given the chance to step back to make things right..that ain't happen aite..cause that's the nature of life

we'll never be a child forever..along the way, we'll start to be adolescence and later on an adult whom should think and act right base on the level of maturation..

an adult is nearly equal to = marriage, responsibilities, works, children, families, money so on and so forth..it's a lump sum of job aite..to be a husband or wife, parents, the treasurer, the doctor, the cook, the philosopher as well as motivator and much more at the same time..

kita manusia, mmg kita lemah tp kita ada Allah, the Rabb that will give us all the strength that we need for..trust Allah and rely on Him to live on..

MUJAHADAH

MUJAHADAH comes from the word JAHADA which means earnest " bersungguh-sungguh" di-isimkan lalu menjadi mujahadah..if i was not mistaken..huu..in the Quran Suratul Yusuf, verse 53:

وَمَا أُبَرِّئُ نَفْسِي إِنَّ النَّفْسَ لَأَمَّارَةٌ بِالسُّوءِ إِلَّا مَا رَحِمَ رَبِّي إِنَّ رَبِّي غَفُورٌ رَحِيمٌ

"And I free not myself (from the blame). Verily, the (human) self is inclined to evil, except when my Lord bestows His Mercy (upon whom He wills). Verily, my Lord is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful."

to be honest, mujahadah is not something easy, to mujahadah against your lust is the most difficult thing i ever feel..we do endure the hardship of overcoming it aite..we've no choice cause we're human who're born to have it..it's our job to tame it well base on Quran & Sunnah..as what the Prophet S.A.W said :

“Sesungguhnya di dalam diri manusia itu ada seketul daging. Apabila daging itu baik, maka baiklah seluruh anggota. Dan apabila daging itu rosak, maka rosaklah seluruh anggota, ketahuilah itulah hati.” Hadith riwayat Imam Bukhari dan Imam Muslim.

be strong..be persistent..and know how to differentiate the good from the bad..we're human..we know things through learning as what Allah S.W.T reminds us: 96-1

اقْرَأْ بِاسْمِ رَبِّكَ الَّذِي خَلَقَ Read! In the Name of your Lord, Who has created (all that exists),

so learn a lot..but do know what to learn..there's many kind on knowledge to be learnt..but you're the one who determine either it brings you benefit & barakah or not..learning is a process to know things around us..to know our God & the Prophet better..to learn bout the human behavior as well as the world around us..and learning is not limited through books but learn through our heart & soul..insyaAllah it'll be kept safe in your brain monitor permanent..

WHO we WANNA be

“Setiap bayi dilahirkan dalam keadaan fitrah, ibu bapanyalah yang menentukan ia menjadi Yahudi, Nasrani atau Majusi…”

fitrah kita dilahirkan Islam tidak kiralah siapa kita..Caucasian,

Asian, Chinese, Indian or even those who live deep in the forest.. Islam is the deen..but what makes us different?? emm

the way that we brought up that make us different..sejajar dgn hadith Nabi yg beserta di atas..i remember once when ustaz Don asked...bout who will we put our hope on to complete our body after we're dead, who'll bathe us, who'll be the imam for the solat jenazah n who'll bury us ..that makes sense, u know what, if we never thought bout it, we never even bother bout it, and we tend to be whoever we wanna be, neither good no

r blessed or vice versa..right?? and we never bother how to raise a child..how we want them end up to be.. a good and the best Muslim ever or the bad one.. think bout it

pernah seorang sahabat pada saya berkata, membentuk keluarga bermula dr awalnya..how we choose our partner, all the way along the marriage, then having a baby, so on and so forth..you yourself who should decide on how u want your day

, the next day and even the future until the day you die, to be..a blissful tranquil with love to your Rabb or the opposite

membentuk ummah yg sejahtera started with our ownself..it may not as easy as an ABC but we may try aite..look within us..respond to your heart..answer them..they wanna be back to whom they should serve..to God the Almighty, Allahu Subhanahuwa Ta'ala..please b with them along this life insyaAllah

عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ إِذَا مَاتَ الْإِنْسَانُ انْقَطَعَ عَنْهُ عَمَلُهُ إِلَّا مِنْ ثَلَاثَةٍ إِلَّا مِنْ صَدَقَةٍ جَارِيَةٍ أَوْ عِلْمٍ يُنْتَفَعُ بِهِ أَوْ وَلَدٍ صَالِحٍ يَدْعُو لَهُ

Daripada Abu Hurairah bahawa Rasulullah s.a.w. bersabda: Apabila seseorang itu meninggal dunia maka terputuslah amalannya kecuali dari tiga perkara, sedekah jariah, ilmu yang dimanfaatkan dan anak yang soleh mendoakan untuknya.

don't you wait until the day when He ask us to go back to Him..cause that day, we'll never got the chance to make things right..

cintailah Dia kerana Dialah yang maha Esa..

yang berkuasa atas segalanya..

kita hanya menuntut rasa..

rasa cinta di dada yg kadang2 hampir binasa..

berdoalah padanya agar kita tetap di jalannya..

agar nanti mendapat berkat kelak di syurga

HEART broken

who wont be sad when the one that you hope to spend your life with, left you..it's normal to be sad, depressed or drowned in the sea of sadness..

but...DON'T BE SAD naa!! cause

تِبَ عَلَيْكُمُ الْقِتَالُ وَهُوَ كُرْهٌ لَّكُمْ وَعَسَى أَن تَكْرَهُواْ شَيْئًا وَهُوَ خَيْرٌ لَّكُمْ وَعَسَى أَن تُحِبُّواْ شَيْئًا وَهُوَ شَرٌّ لَّكُمْ وَاللّهُ يَعْلَمُ وَأَنتُمْ لاَ تَعْلَمُونَ {216}

"Fighting (in the cause of Allah) is prescribed for you, although you dislike it. Yet it may happen that you dislike a thing while it is good for you; and it may happen that you love a thing while it is evil for you; surely Allah knows, and you know not." -2:216-

it's easy to say that aite but that's the fact that you must hold on..to be strong, to keep on living, and even be a better person for your own sake..you've too!!

then, you gotto evaluate ourselves, trust me cause if you do than you'll learn bout acceptance and TAKDIR..have i done the right thing as a Muslim as a whole?? have i ever be the best worshiper?? do i practice the Islamic way of life?? what i've done throughout this time as a Muslim??

﴿قُلْ إِن كُنتُمْ تُحِبُّونَ اللَّهَ فَاتَّبِعُونِى يُحْبِبْكُمُ اللَّهُ وَيَغْفِرْ لَكُمْ ذُنُوبَكُمْ وَاللَّهُ غَفُورٌ رَّحِيمٌ - قُلْ أَطِيعُواْ اللَّهَ وَالرَّسُولَ فإِن تَوَلَّوْاْ فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ لاَ يُحِبُّ الْكَـفِرِينَ ﴾

Say (O Muhammad to mankind): "If you (really) love Allah, then follow me (i.e. Muhammad), Allah will love you and forgive you your sins. And Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.. Say: "Obey Allah and the Messenger.'' But if they turn away, then Allah does not like the disbelievers. -3:31,32-

we're human, "AN-nas" from the word 'nasi' which means FORGETFUL..yes we're!! and that's the reason why we're always making mistakes..but that's not the reason to keep on doing it..aite!!

have you ever wonder or even ask yourself..do i ever love Him and deeply in love with Him?? do i ever miss Him every seconds in my life?? do i ever feel hopeless whenever i'm being far from Him?? have i?? guys, what about you?? as He said in 2:152

:"فَاذْكُرُونِي أَذْكُرْكُمْ وَاشْكُرُوا لِي وَلَا تَكْفُرُونِ"

" Therefore remember Me. I will remember you. Be grateful to Me and never show me ingratitude"

love Him and later insyaAllah He'll grants you someone whom you can share your life with, together to JANNAH, later in HEREAFTER

appendicitis

acute appendicitis is when patient suddenly develop symptoms and signs of appendicitis due to inflammation of the APPENDIX

appendix is a small organ posteromedial to the ileoceacal junction at the convergence of the 3 tanea coli in length about 8-10cm. it either located at retrocecal (70%), postileal, subcecal or pelvis. they found that appendix plays a function to secrete igA. it is supplied by appendicular artery that lies on the mesothelium and drained out by the venous system through superior mesenteric vein.

usually appendicitis occurred most in young white men or those people with retrocecal appendix (poor blood supply). And usually it occurred due to worm ball ( yersinia colitis, escherichia coli, ect)

compared to non obstructive appendicitis where the inflammation occurred slowly, obstructive appendicitis is more dangerous where it can lead to perforation. this is due to single lumen of the appendix, thin omentum and end artery that lead to fast ischemia and gangrene.

patient probably would complain of symptoms like umbilical pain (visceral nerve) and later probably radiate to right iliac fossa region (parietal innervation). nausea & vomiting (pylorospasm), low grade fever (inflammatory mediators), hyperasthesia (irritation to lower lumbar nerves). upon examination some signs can be elicited like positive cough test (parietal irritation), positive Blumberg's sign (rebound tenderness due to parietal irritation), positive cope's psoas and obturator test (irritation to both psoas & obturator muscle)

usually patient will be graded by alvarado score M,A,N,T,R,E,L,L (10 marks)

if the patient came within 48H without any suspicion of appendicular mass or abscess emergency appendicectomy will be done (usually through laparotomy). but if appendicular mass is suspected patient will be started on Ochsner & Shenner regime (Aspiration through Ryle's tube, Bowel care without purgatives agents, temperature, pulse, BP Charts, Drugs (2nd gen ceph and flagyl), maintenance Fluid. 6th week after the regime completed elective appendicectomy will be performed. but if abscess is suspected (high fever with more pain) drainage and antibiotic treatment before the elective appendicectomy 6 week later.type of drainage depends on the location of the appendix

appendicitis may be complicated with perforation, appendicular mass or abscess
